In the first four weeks, you get a full onboarding: a detailed welcome form, a one-to-one kick-off call, and a set of personalised nutrition targets calculated specifically for your body, your goal, and your lifestyle. Your training programme is built and loaded into the Everfit app — structured, progressive, and designed around the days and equipment you actually have access to.
We also establish your starting habits. Not six things at once. The two or three that will move the needle most for you right now, tracked and reviewed every week. This month is about building the scaffolding everything else will hang off.
Months Two and Three — Momentum and Mastery
Once the foundation is in place, this is where the real work — and the real results — happen. Each week you receive video feedback on your nutrition and training data, a 30-minute live coaching call, and any programme or target adjustments based on how your body is actually responding.
By month two, the habits that felt effortful in week one start to feel automatic. By month three, you're not following a plan — you're living a system. The goal of this programme is that by the time it ends, you don't need me to keep going.
